Follow the steps below to register and apply for an NPQ with Vantage 

Register with DfE: Cohort 5 (Autumn 2023) MAT/ER cluster led - local cohorts. CLOSED FOR APPLICATIONS

Applicants wishing to apply for a place on an NPQ programme delivered by your MAT / College or East Riding cluster must follow the instructions below.

This also applies to colleagues wishing to apply for the Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO) to join the Autumn 2023 cohort.

  • When you register with the DfE you will need:
    • Your Teacher Reference Number (TRN)
    • To know which programme you are applying for
    • To select Education Development Trust as your lead provider
  • Following registration, you will receive an application link from Education Development Trust:
    • You must select October 2023 as your cohort
    • You must select Vantage Teaching School Hub as your delivery partner.
  • Deadline for applications: 5pm on 16th October 2023

Register with DfE: Cohort 6 (Spring 2024) Vantage led - regional NPQ cohorts. OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS

Applicants wishing to apply for a place on a regional cohort for any NPQ programme with Vantage Teaching School Hub should register early to avoid disappointment, following the instructions below.

This also applies to colleagues wishing to apply for the Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO) to join the Autumn 2023 cohort.

  • When you register with the DfE you will need:
    • Your Teacher Reference Number (TRN)
    • To know which programme you are applying for
    • To select Education Development Trust as your lead provider
  • Following registration, you will receive an application link from Education Development Trust:
    • You must select February 2024 as your cohort
    • You must select Vantage Teaching School Hub as your delivery partner.
  • Deadline for applications: 1st February 2024

NPQ Facilitator Area

NPQ facilitators are experienced leaders who are familiar with the research and evidence which underpins DfE approved CPD. They should also have experience of delivering CPD in person and online.

Colleagues who have been invited to apply for designation as an NPQ facilitator should read and familiarise themselves with the following frameworks and research documents:
